These accounts will assist you in achieving your savings goal! There are no restrictions on withdrawals. Can be set up on payroll deduction. These accounts can be opened in person, by telephone, fax or mail. No separate signature card to sign! Share Certificates BASE offers a wide range of options: 6 months to 5 years. Certificates normally pays a higher dividend rate than a normal savings account; the longer you invest the higher it pays! A minimum balance of $500.00 to open.
